The first of Honda’s new, smaller SUVs, the Pilot, will debut at the Consumer Electronics show in Las Vegas on Monday.
The first vehicle to make its public debut at CES will be the Pilot SUV, a two-door, compact SUV.
Honda says the Pilot is the first SUV designed with a more sporty, fun-loving personality in mind.
The vehicle is priced at $31,999, making it slightly less expensive than the Toyota Prius Plug-In Hybrid and more affordable than the Chevrolet Volt Plug-in Hybrid.
It also has a more active driving style that makes it a more fun vehicle to drive.
The Pilot SUV will be powered by a 1.8-liter gasoline engine that produces 195 horsepower and 177 pound-feet of torque.
It’s a little bit bigger than the current Prius plug-in hybrid and a little smaller than the Nissan Leaf.
It also features a 20-inch touchscreen infotainment system.
The SUV will offer a starting price of $26,999.HONDA said the Pilot will also be available in four other colors: Silver, Blue, Black and Gold.
The company said it will introduce more vehicles at CES.
